Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. During release weeks, busy periods, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery times for standard post are 2-8 business days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. K. Garrod is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses. Additional postage costs may apply before the parcel can be resent.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside my control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
